Jacks Hill Park is a family run Mobile Home Park located in a pleasant rural area of North Hertfordshire approximately 3 miles from Hitchin, Stevenage, Letchworth and Baldock. There are currently 45 homes (20 twin, 25 single) each with its own private garden and parking next to each home for one vehicle. Some homes have a garage. All our homes are owned and we operate a minimum age limit of 45 years. One well behaved dog or cat is permitted.
Current monthly ground rents are £120 (twin) and £113 (single) reviewed annually on the 1st January. Electricity is mains electricity metered by the Site Owner. There is water, drainage and phone cables to each home and LPG gas is available either in bulk tanks or bottles.
Daily papers, milk and groceries can be delivered by arrangement and there are major supermarkets and shops within 3 miles. There is a regular bus service to Stevenage and Letchworth from the Park entrance.
There is a 27 hole public golf course with driving range opposite the Park and a restaurant next door.
